Account Setup and Payment Terms

All accounts are set up on a prepaid basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their billing information—including credit card type, expiry date, email address, or billing details—is kept up to date. If a payment method fails or a credit card is declined, you will be granted a grace period of seven (7) days to resolve the issue. During this time, your account may be placed on hold or suspended until all outstanding dues are cleared.

We accept payments via bank transfer for Indian clients, and Razorpay or Payoneer for international clients.


Provision and Access to Sites & Services

Your use of our site and services is entirely at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any loss or corruption of data, damage to your hardware, or system disruptions that result from downloading or interacting with content from our website or services.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify any features or services offered on the website at any time, without prior notice. Access to services may also be limited or suspended temporarily for maintenance or upgrades as required.


Software on Our Server

To ensure service integrity and compliance, HostBaap.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if any suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized activities are detected. This includes but is not limited to violation of terms, hosting harmful content, or causing harm to server security and performance.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy. Payments made towards any of our services—including but not limited to web hosting, domain registration, software solutions, or digital services—are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel any ongoing service, you must notify us at least 10 days prior to the renewal or billing date. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal and charges.
