All accounts are set up on a pre pay basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us on changes in credit card type, e-mail address or expiration date to their credit card. If your credit card is declined you will have seven days, your account will be placed on hold until services are paid for. Mode of payment can be done through acceptance of credit cards via Pay Pal or by depositing cash, cheques, D.D. etc. through Wire Transfers but only through the banks notified by us.

You agree that the content you provide in using our services; including but not limited to data, images, communications and other materials transmitted to our site or transmitted relative to services offered on our site: will not violate any law, statute or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy: will not be false and for defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane or threatening.

You agree that you will not offer for sale through the use of our services any items that violate any laws or statutes: are prohibited in any way through these Terms and/or you do not have the legal right to offer. You agree that you will comply with any and all applicable laws, statutes and ordinances while you use our services.

We will diligently maintain the confidentiality of your account information subject to our privacy policy, the privacy.

Provision and Access to Sites & Services
Your use of our site is at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any and all loss of data, damage to data or damage to your computer system resulting from any material or use of said material obtained from or through our site and/or company. We may add, delete, or modify the site and/or features and services at any time.

Cancellation and Refund
There are no refunds on any of our Products/Packages other than shared hosting plan.

For shared hosting plans

HostBaap.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.

Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are constant and unavoidable. All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars, and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. All refunds are subject to this fluctuation and HostBaap.com is not responsible for any change in exchange rates between time of payment and time of refund.

HostBaap.com gives you an unconditional 30 days money back guarantee on managed shared hosting, and reseller solutions for any customer who paid the first invoice with a credit card or with Paypal.

Cancellations requested after the initial 30 days for Shared and Reseller accounts will go into effect on the renewal date for that particular hosting package. Unless specifically requested, the account will remain active until the period expires. If the account is eligible, any request for a refund outside of the initial 30 day period will be given on a prorated basis with any previous extended term discount withheld. Refunds are to be determined once the account has been canceled.

There are no refunds on dedicated servers, administrative fees, and install fees for custom software. Refund requests for .com, .net., and .org domain names (made within the 30 day money-back guarantee period) will have the common market value subtracted for those tld's. Any ccTLD's domain name purchases are non-refundable. Please note that domain refunds will only be considered if they were ordered in conjunction with a hosting package. Eligibility of said refunds will be determined at the time of cancellation.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
